Director

Allan Herman has been directing Regal College from its inception in 1995 and remains focused on providing all students with the best possible service delivery and readiness to enter the work force. Allan has been providing First Aid Training for over a decade locally and internationally.

General Manager

Jeffrey Hamilton has spent over ten years in the social welfare sector and works in conjunction with the Director and upper management team to ensure the overall strategic planning and direction of the College continues to produce best practice and student outcomes.

Aged Care Staff

All Aged Care Staff are Registered Division 1 Nurses and have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Regal College Trainers have been nursing in their field for over 20 years and provide students with a high level of preparedness before entering the Aged Care Sector.

Support Trainers

The trainers delivering partnered and short courses are experts in their perspective areas of teaching. Regal College has a thorough recruitment, selection and induction process to make certain the highest level of professionalism is maintained.
